“We're a small independant adjusting firm located in Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves in unparrelled customer service and attention to detail. We look forward to meeting you and helping you and your policyholders when they are in their time of need,"
David Musante, President
Claim Adjusters, Inc. was founded in 1991 by John (Jack) N. Musante. Jack started his career as a staff adjuster for a large mutual insurance company in Pennsylvania after serving in the U.S. Army in the early 1960’s. While serving as a staff adjuster Jack and his family settled in Berks County, PA where he resided until 1987 when he was promoted to Vice President of Claims. After a few years away Jack returned to Berks County to start Claim Adjusters, Inc. with his wife Carolyn. Soon after they were joined by their son David in 1994 after he graduated from Shippensburg University.
After humble beginnings and hard work Claim Adjusters grew into a successful independent adjusting firm serving up to fifteen different companies. In 2000, David left the firm after graduating with a degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University. After David’s departure, Claim Adjusters continued to flourish under the leadership, dedication, and hard work of Jack and Carolyn.
In late 2012 Jack decided it was time to start thinking about retirement. David returned to the business in January of 2013. While away from the claims business David had worked in the technology field for companies both large and small. He obtained his Master’s in Business Administration in 2007 and by 2008 was appointed as Director of Information Technology for a non-profit company in Lancaster County, PA.
Even though he had been away from the business for thirteen years, David picked right up where he left off. As 2013 progressed Jack gradually took on less and less of a role in the company he founded so he could spend time on the golf course and traveling. As of January 1, 2014 David took over ownership Claim Adjusters, Inc. and more importantly he will continue the legacy forged by Jack in 1991.
Today Jack continues to play an important role in the company he founded serving as a consultant and more importantly he is enjoying his retirement.
